We recently moved our furniture to the Windermere Sentinel Storage facility and found the experience to be very easy. The facility is modern, clean, secure and there is plenty of dollies to use to transport my belongings via the elevator to the upper floors. Gordon and Gwen were very professional and courteous in setting up our account and showing us how to gain access to the storage unit. The use of the Sentinel moving truck was also very economical and easy. I would highly recommend using this site.

The facility has lots of space, easy to bring a truck in and unload/move things up to the units and the staff is friendly.

Starting short term to alleviate my problem and working with me for the long term as needed. Nothing was overlooked it put my mind at ease so I could focus on moving forward with my life.

Everything you want in a storage facility. The use of the courtesy moving van was a nice perk, also a scissor lift in loading bay for heavy items was a nice feature. Very secure and clean property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

This storage unit is very easy to access and secure. It has lifts in the loading bays to easily unload heavy items. The elevators make getting to the different levels quick and easy, without the hassle of lifting heavy items upstairs. The supplied carts are a great help as well! I would definitely recommend this location to other people!

I have had the occasion over the last 4 years of using storage facilities in Edmonton and also in Arizona as we have sold 3 hoes over that time period. Sentinel Storage in Windermere is without a doubt the most modern and clean facility I have ever seen. Gord and Gwen Smith and Kim are extremely friendly and willing to help out with any requests you may have. It is a pleasure to deal with all the staff.
I would have liked to have only given 4.5 stars as I do see a problem that will arise down the road once the facility gets past 50% filled. There are only 4 indoor stall locations where vehicles load and unload and often spend a fair amount of time just sitting. This will limit access and increase wait times to enter the building.
This is a unique concept in storage that has many benefits. I would use it again.

When we knew we were giving possession of our house 3 months before we could occupy our new condo, we wondered where to store our goods. The new Sentinal Storage, just completed, on one of our familiar routes looked striking. When we checked into availability, costs, etc., we found Gwen & Gord Smith ,the site managers friendly and very helpful and the facility clean and modern. We were impressed and our household effects are safely in storage there and we are relieved.
