I made a purchase on Saturday and unfortunately, needed to cancel after finding out some terrible personal news. The store is closed on Sunday and Monday so the first available time to call them was Tuesday morning, which I did. They refuse to cancel the order, even though I do not have the product and it will not arrive for a week or two. The manager, Margaret, is exceedingly rude and the only thing they care about is a sale. I have made a BBB complaint against this store. Beware, do not shop there.
