Mr Lube

Its my first time at Mr Lube. i supposed to do the change oil only however, Sanyam, who attended me was so nice, pleasant and very approachable has done a good check up on my vehicle. He gave me some recommendations to do other services and provided with proof and explanations why needed to be done but never pushed to sell and i felt his sincerity and was so genuine unlike others who would push to the max just to get the sales. with that, i was convinced to eventually take 2 more services which actually also been the commendation.
i had several questions too and he explained it very well to the level of my understanding as a customer. Plus, a discount! So very well appreciated. but the one i truly appreciate about him is when i apologize for not able to give him a tip since i have no cash, he said he appreciate it but no need since it is his work and would do his job to satisfy their client and be happy when leaving their premises. Since thats the service everyone can get @ Mr. Lube!
Also mentioning their Manager who helped as well, Mark. He was so supportive of Sanyam and Ive seen them collaborated and helped one another to get the work done as quick as possible. This only shows how great the training from the management and as well as hiring great people that would serve as an asset to the company. I highly recommended Mr Lube - Fraserhighway branch. Amazing Team, Excellent service!!!

I have been getting my oil changes here for years, and find them to be fair and fast and efficient. Several times I have been advised to do other services to my car, and the advice is not to get business, but for the proper maintenance of my car which I would need elsewhere. I really appreciate the care taken. Thanks!
