Budget Car & Truck Rental

recently at Saskatoon Airport I went to pickup my rental and the Lady said' your car is not ready but I have an Explorer ready." I said "sure" she never mentioned anything about upgrade cost so I assumed it was because my booking was not ready. I signed the 4 or 5 spots and left. I was charged double what I had booked and when I called they said well you signed for it. My comment was I sign these things often and never read anything. They then said " well most people know what they are signing"!! insinuating I was lying. Very disappointing

I was moving from Edam (about 2 hours out of the city) into Saskatoon, and I had a trailer lined up from U-haul. The morning of the move they had no trailer for me. They called another location and had me go there. When I got to the next location, guess what, no trailer. They did this to me at 2 more locations. Finally I came to my senses and went to Budget. They hooked me up with a truck quick. They were courteous and helpful. High high recomendations!!
