Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Closed

You wont believe how rudely you will be treated by these young pups running this location:

Have rented every weekend for 4 months straight: out of 16 times: not once has the car been ready on time:.....anything from 1 hour to 3 hours late......

If you book a car here: make sure you book it 3 hours before you really need it:

and make sure you print out your online reservation: or when you get there they will try and charge you the sold out rate for that day....the online rate might be 20 per day and the sold out rate is 99 per day......

They change their fees from hour to hour based upon availability.

Then beware the amount they try and hold on your credit card.....it should be 150: but they will try and put it through for a much as 400......which wouldnt be so bad: but Enterprise will hold your money for a full 5 days even if the car rental is one day.....

If they try and put through a larger amount than you have available on your card: thats it.......you are out of a car: they are not allowed to try and put through a second amount......

And then dont complain at the counter: I was told: I am not losing my job for you lady: Its not our fault you dont have enough space on your card (for the wrong amount) and was tossed out of the store

Be prepared to take a bus home if even a single mistake occurs at this location........
Be prepared for your entire weekend plans to be cancelled

Dont assume because you have a car reserved at Enterprise that you will actually leave with one.......and if you do: it certainly will be hours late......serviced by rude arrogant young pups
