Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Closed

I'm writing to compliment the manager and the staff of the Dufferin Enterprise location in Toronto.


The following took place this past September... Yes, I initially intended to write this review much sooner, but better late than never as they say.


When I arrived at the nearby metro station, I was already over an hour late to pick up my rental van...
Having only been in the city for about a week or so, I really had no idea how to get from point A to point B. According to my Google Maps app, I took the correct exit from the metro station, but for whatever reason (probably the result of not having had my morning coffee) I still managed to walk in the complete opposite direction from where I needed to be. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated not to mention slightly embarrassed when I had to call Enterprise to ask for further guidance as to their location... which according to google I was only 10 minutes away. But to my surprise, the gentleman on the phone told me not to worry, they hadn't given the van to anyone else, and that they'd be more than happy to send someone to pick me up right away.

Literally less than 5 minutes had passed, and a very nice young man drove up in a vehicle at my exact spot and offered to drive me to the rental office.
That's where I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Sean...

Sean really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns prior to my departure. Having never driven from Toronto to Montréal before, I was pretty unclear as to which route was the best one to take etc. All I knew is that I had to get to the city before 9pm. You see, I had all of my things in storage there, and this particular facility was only open till 9pm. So, being that I was already late in picking-up the cargo van, time was truly of the essence! And so, in a moments notice, Sean took it upon himself to print off step-by-step directions for me, which led directly to the front door of my storage unit!

Sean really went above and beyond to assist me, and because of him I arrived in one piece, and on time. I will never forget the kindness that he and the rest of the staff members at that location Enterprise showed me. I have already shared this experience with all of my friends, and will continue to recommend this Enterprise location to anyone I know in need of a rental vehicle!
