I have rented from them 4 times over the last year (2012-2013).

One time, the car was still a mess inside. He offered to clean it but I was in a hurry, so I it’s only a little their fault, but the previous renter was a friggin pig and should have been ashamed... I blame the owner also for not having enough staff when needed.

One time I needed a ride back home after, which I arranged but there was only one staff on hand when I got there for the return. There was another guy there who had already been off for ½ hour and he still drove me home which was out of his way… so that rocked.

I rent vehicles from this location all the time for business. I have never had any problems whatsoever.

I have rented vehicles 3-4 times at this location and never had an issue. Prices were reasonable, especially the unlimited KM economy car rental. Do not rent a Dodge Caliber...POS crap car sucks back way more gas than a similar sized Corolla or Focus.

very poor service at this location 520 Bryne Dr unit 10 never has what you need and the worker Jim lies.I have put up with them for over 2 months don't even book ahead because that does not work out for us.......
