We had to rent a truck from them, and the truck wasn't in the greatest condition. My husband drove it to work and back....that is it. His parking lot has very minimal traffic, and then he would come home and park in our driveway. We take the truck back exactly the way we borrowed it, and they are accusing us of damage that we did not cause! We would have noticed if there was damage! We are honest, honourable people, and would take full responsibility for damage we caused. They say there is a scratch on the bumper, and want our credit card information and insurer information. I don't think so! Do not rent from this company!
