I’ll never do business with them anymore and I don’t recommend Muti👎🏼

We purchased an Edwardian Bed and Breakfast recently which was in very bad need of a functioning kitchen. We hired Muti for the job since we had used them previously at our last home and loved the kitchen they designed and installed for us there. Once again, they were able to give us the kitchen we desired with the expertise and talents ofJen Pignatelli-one of their designers. We are thrilled with the finished product and would definitely use them again!!

I was very impressed with the product, quality, and designs of the Kitchens displayed in the Muti showroom in Oakville Ontario. I saw what I wanted for my new kitchen. I worked with Sheila who is one of the designers on staff. She visited my home to discuss options for my kitchen and later met with me at the showroom to produce a plan that I could take home to review. Sheila was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, precise and kind. I felt comfortable asking her questions and requesting changes as she developed the plan using the computer. The kitchen is done and I love it. Thank you Sheila and the Muti team for making my kitchen perfectly beautiful.

While we were building our custom modern home, we discovered Muti Kitchen & Bath in Oakville. The first day we stepped in their showroom, we felt welcomed and very impressed with the quality of their products & their competitive prices! We opted to get all our cabinetry, custom closets and pluming accessories from Muti. The whole experience had been amazing and we are more than happy with the end results!

We had the privilege to work with Jen Pignatelli, senior designer, who diligently designed all our custom cabinets and provided us with amazing suggestions! Professional, on top of things and most importantly dedicated and reliable, Jen provided the best personalized service!! Her designs were impeccable and the whole process had been so positive and flawless!! We also had the pleasure to work with Betty Huynh, sales associate, who helped us in diligently picking and choosing all bathroom accessories to complete our modern look. Francesca was also fabulous and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion!

I have to say that we had been very impressed with Moreno, the installer who did his magic while installing all our cabinetry! Perfectionist, patient and dedicated, Moreno did an impeccable job in putting the puzzle together! Max also did an amazing job in installing the closets and the finishing touches!

Your showroom is impressive and it is so nice to see everything versus being told to see extra things on line. Betty was knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered a vanity , taps sinks etc and lighting for the bathroom. The only problem was that our vanity ended up higher than expected. (36) Mega bucks of plumbing later we are not moving it to cut down the feet so I would have preferred the height of the showroom vanities. I would definitely come in and order again though.

Great customer service, nice variety of products for the kitchen and bath including vanities, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile and accessories. Highly recommend them for someone looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom!

Muti Kitchen and Bath really pulled through on backing their product. We purchased a free standing tub at the beginning of 2017 for a master bath addition. The build was delayed with permit and weather issues. After almost a year we finally had the tub installed. We noticed that tub was leaking after the kids had used it. So we had our plumber come back to see if it wasn’t connected properly. We noticed the tub was leaking from the leg under the tub. We took a video and pictures and sent it to Muti kitchen and Bath and after they reviewed the video they ordered us a new tub. Thanks again for your great customer service.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by muti. Sheila Baker was our designer and she provided good advice from the beginning of the process to the end and overall she was very accommodating. They were quick to fix any issues we had during installation and after. Roberto was the service person who fixed all of our issues that arose after the initial installation. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to solve all problems we had.
Overall I would recommend muti to friends and family as I love my new kitchen and was satisfied with the process.

We decided to renovate all three of the bathrooms in our home at the same time so we began looking at various different businesses. When we approached Muti Kitchen and Bath we were pleasantly surprised by the truthful, careful guidance we were given. We had a budget we were trying to work with. Francesca and all the staff helped us every step of the way explaining what exactly we would require and we were able to stick to our budget. Throughout the renovation we visited the store several times and each time they knew who we were, what we had ordered and were always happy and willing to answer all of our questions and deal with our concerns which were mostly a result of our own inexperience. When we were given a delivery date the products came in on time and when our contractor could not begin until several weeks later, Muti did not pressure us to take delivery of everything they were storing for us.
Dealing with Muti was always very positive and we would definitely recommend them. Thank you so very much for making this part of our home renovation easy.

I purchased a vanity and mirror but when I got the mirror home it had a small chip. I called the store and they asked for a picture of the mirror I sent them the picture and in a day I got a response that they would replace the mitror

Love the products but it takes too long for items to come in.

A doctor who is building a residence in the water I first met Multi Kitchen 0n line as I was Looking for pendants for a kitchen counter. Was baking cherry chocolate chip cookies for a Church function at the time and I offered to bring some to the chat attendant.
Arrived the following day, met the attendant who showed me many in-store products that were in stainless steel for my modern home. When I was called re my pendants I again attendant.
I asked to speak with my sales person and was told she was too busy. The new salesperson took my list and the new person disapproved of all the choices that were made to date siting issues that were not realistic in any way. I paid for my fixtures and left with a bad taste thinking that if any company creasts a relation with a customer then that sales agent should be available to continue with the purpose. I have found a new kitchen place and have spent considerable monies building the kitchen in my new residence. I have not returned to MULTI.

Muti has good design, interesting details, everything nicely displayed.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Jen who helped me design the perfect kitchen. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and understood my needs. When it came time for installation (which was much sooner than I ever expected) the quality of the product along with the installers were excellent. The minor issues (which are to be expected with any custom job) were rectified in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend Muti and Jen to any of my friends.

Jen was our designer and she was great. She made the experience fun and easy. Our kitchen is beautiful and the quality is great. The installers were quick and did a great job . Jen was on site and she guided us the whole way. We are really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Muti.

We had our dream kitchen designed, installed, and tweaked by Muti Kitchen & Bath. Sheila Baker was our designer who worked with precision to create a beautiful & highly functional kitchen. The installation, clean up, and follow up tweaks were done with just as much attention to detail & smiles all around. We also purchased bathroom vanities and faucets that are not only beautiful but the prices couldn't be beat anywhere else. We would definitely recommend Sheila and all the staff at Muti Kitchen & Bath.

My only remark: please be clear about the delivery conditions and price.

Design is working very well. It would have been very helpful if an owner's manual was provided to show how to adjust some of the hardware especially on the corner units.
Only real complaint is the difficulty in obtaining a few more shelves. Apparently, they have to be ordered from Italy. We will have to go to a big box store and get some material to cut them ourselves.

Thank you very much for all your help! We are extremely pleased with everything we purchased from Muti, and we're thrilled with our finished bathroom.

I would like to thank Muti (and Jen specifically at the Oakville) store, for our amazingly beautiful kitchen. Jen worked with us to create a design, offered suggestions on finishes and functions. The kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and is truly a focal point in our newly renovated home.
At each step in the process the team at Muti provided updates and went out of their way to solve the small issues that came up.
They have been professional and responsive; and we highly recommend the team.

After seeing Muti at the Hardware show in 2012 we purchased a double sink vanity and got lots of rave comments about the design. It has lots of storage and after 4 years looks as good as new.
This fall when we decided to our master bathroom we went back to Muti for a vanity and finished up buying a faucet and shower tower as well. Louise, was particularly helpful and both my wife and I just couldn't resist that wonderful Irish accent. When we install all the item in the master bathroom once again we got rave reviews from our friends and relatives.
When the shower tower in our other bathroom (bought elsewhere) stopped working, we went back to Muti and bought one of their's . Just like the one in our master bathroom this was high quality merchandise at reasonable pricing that makes the bathroom look and feel like a high class spar.

After a few months of designing, putting colours together and changing my mind only a hundred times, I would like to thank Sheila at Muti for having the utmost patience and eye for detail. Her sense of style, coordination and detail oriented personality has helped us put together a kitchen that is affordable and adding the Mediterranean feel we aimed for. I wasn't sure if Muti was the type of store for this look. But Sheila helped us "build" our kitchen providing the rustic setting we wanted with a chic twist!! The cabinets and pantry are utilized to include everything from recycling to stock pots to our favourite wines. Details are extremely important to us and Sheila has helped accomplish that ensuring there was unity but uniqueness from all angles. Thank you so much Sheila!!

Mark and Louise took care of us at the Oakville store. We loved the service they gave us, including solving a product issue promptly and professionally, and better - we love the results. The Muti fixtures help to finish off the refined, modern look we were going for in our gut reno. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Muti Kitchen and Bath and have to say I couldn't be happier. From day one - Jen Pignatelli was amazing and really went out of her way. Made multiple site visits, was patient with me when I needed to come back 10 times to look at colour samples and make sure I was selecting the right ones. Communication was great, never needing to follow up on calls or emails, response time was quick always. The company itself is high quality and the staff are all a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them again on my next kitchen build out!
