5 employees who i had to go get to help me in an empty store were completely useless. will never go back. One of them even walked passed me 3 times without asking if i needed help so i stopped him and he knew less than me. It seemed like they all didnt want to leave the counter. I am black and would normaly steer away from racism but its one or the other. Either there terrible employees or racist pick one

I have the utmost respect for the guys at the Dunlop St location. They are polite and have always had the answers that I was looking for. It seems as though they knew you were going to call for that exact part. Within seconds they have all the info I need, availibility, price and the nicest part is that if you do not need the highest quality part for the job( like when your fixing an old beater that has a short life expectancy) they are more than happy to provide you with quotes on rebuilt parts or other lines that are much less expensive than buying from the dealer or other outlets that call themselves discount part suppliers* ie Canadian Tire.
As a new customer I look forward to going to the store to browse around and always find something that I can use. I have also made it a habit to send all of my friends to visit them as well for their automotive needs. Even if they were a little more expensive I would still do business with them as they project what every business should be, A place that knows their products and is willing to go the distance with the customer to make a bad situation( a breakdown) as painless as possible. They always welcome you as you enter the store and wish you a good day as you leave. The experience in between is second to none. GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS WITH GOOD ATTITUDE. My female friends like going there too. They say they dont get looked down on for not being mechanically inclined. The guys just smile and say LETS SEE WHAT YOU DO AND DO NOT NEED. They answer any questions asked no matter how silly and never rush you out of the store.

Our hats are off to the guys at this location. Keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated by all that have had the pleasure of being a customer. Be prepared to get busier.

THE WORD IS OUT. I certainly will be doing more businesss there in the future.

One of the few fair places for auto parts and assistance in Barrie. Not only will they read engine codes for free, parts seem to be on average 15 to 20 percent lower than the "big" auto parts chain in the area. And they are far more personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

Parts Source has helped me with all the help I have ever needed.
