Canadian Tire

The Canadian Tire gas bar located at Keele St & 401, Toronto provide terrible customer service.

When informed the gas pump was not working the employee named Kajan was extremely rude and dismissive. Before listening to the problem he told me that my card was not accepted there. I told him that I was using a Canadian Tire Options MasterCard specifically designed to purchase gas at Canadian Tire outlets.

When he continued to protest I asked to speak to a manager. He stated that there was not a manager there so I asked to speak to one on the phone. He refused and said he did not know how to contact them. Imagine! If there were any type of emergency he would not know how to inform his superiors.

There were other problems with this employee that I can't be bothered to take the time to write about. When I tried to call the business the next day, the operator comes on and says that the number is not set up to receive incoming calls... and this is a brand new location.
