The worst body shop you can get, worst management, awful job, over priced, cannot be trusted, be ready to take legal actions if you take you vehicle there.

This was by far the worst auto collision repair shop Ive ever dealt with. I was treated like a child every time I asked a question and the everyone, minus the courtesy shuttle guy (the one positive) were very rude.

The job was suppoosed to take 4hrs- I got a estimate done and made sure that I was getting the same vehicle I pulled in there with (IE no scrap parts). I specifically asked for a replacement bumber and the same fog lights I had installed (after market). I should mention this was a ICBC claim, for a small fender bender that I wouldn't have even gone to get fixed, but the man I hit was going after me- so I was going to have to pay anyway so I decided to get everything done right. They estimate was fully approved from ICBC and details were sent to my claim manager...

So that day I drop my vehicle off at 8AM, this place is far on the west end so I get the shuttle to take me to waste time at the mall. After a long four hours (2PM) I received a call (expecting it to be DONE) saying that they didn't actually get the bumber in..... which means they had only started to LOOK at that moment. I understand the fluctuations involved in these businesses but I would expect SOMEONE to tell me that it wouldn't be ready- I basically wasted that day.

So I leave my vehicle there...next day, still not in... the next they call and say its done at 445, there shop closes at 5 and they were not willing to wait for me...

When I went to pick it up I saw my truck and was instantly MAD. No fog lights and a bumber with rust stains on it.... I go into pay my bill and I was charged over three hundred MORE than the estimate... and they charged me for fog lights. I pointed the mistake out to the receptionist and she basically ignored that and wanted me to pay my deductible... Then she calls some manager to the front or something- He doesn't admit his mistake but tells me If I run to Canadian Tire and get them, they will install them.... I also had an extra 160 dollar to paint my valence- which when you look at my estimate was order the right color- this was when he totally demeaned me and said "Well obviously it wasn't the right color, so we painted it". Then I pointed out the rust and said that I specifically asked for a new bumber and he rebuttal was "Well your insurance company didn't" at which point I shoved the estimate and a approval from ICBC for the NEW bumber in his face. He said I could "buff it out".

Ive never considered writting a review for a buisness until these guys came along;
A RECAP if you will

- Rude people
- 4hr job took four days
- Unrealistic estimate
- Changed things without asking (Can we paint your valence? It will only cost you 150$)
- Ignored specific requests
- Did not return calls

Im glad ill never deal with them again, I advise you to do the same
