Access Storage - Stittsville

From the virtual assistant right to the actual building location on Willowlea on Carp Road, my customer experience was fantastic. Having explained we were doing the rental to help a single mom with 5 kids and no parental support and facing possible homelessness, we were treated with dignity and understanding. Cindy, as office manager, was empathetic to what we were doing for a short term solution and guided me through the rental process very efficiently and with a smile and great eye contact. And her final statement of "if you have any questions/concerns please call me" left me feeling confident we had selected a great company for storage solutions.

Great staff at storage facilities. Did a lot to accommodate our needs. Storage fees are reasonable. Storage facilities are very clean and access is easy, Will use them again anytime.

Wonderful to deal with. I called in an urgent panic to store my daughter's furniture and they helped me at the last minute. They were super helpful. As it turned out my daughter's rental approval with approved at the 11th hour and I was able to cancel in time a get refunded.

I had a great and convenient experience at access storage. I rented a 10x20ft storage unit for 3 months. The unit was really clean and the staff was helpful and easily reachable on the phone.

Fairly expensive but so are most other storage places. Wonderful staff both on site and over the phone. Storage units are warm, well lit, and very well protected from what I could see. Forgot to go talk to the front desk about canceling my payments and such and 2 days later found out they checked to see if my unit was still in use and canceled it for me. Only real complaint was a minor mixup was to which special rate I wanted and was fixed very quickly after my first bill, very painless and took 5 minutes and 2 quick phone calls. If I need storage every again, will likely come back here first.

Great experience! Friendly staff, no overbearing sales tactics like at Dymon. Storage unit was clean and secure. Door rolled easily, lights worked as expected. And the pricing is excellent.

Clean and easy access, excellent customer service from Cindy with quick response to emails. Responding to customers seems to be a problem for a lot of companies these days, not with Access Storage. One thing I would suggest: a clearer map which would include building #s for both locations, nothing hand drawn :).
