I took my car in for service and an estimate for repairs. When I picked the car up the front bumper had been damaged and they tried to hide it by hand painting over the scratched paint. I noticed it right away and showed the service advisor. He claimed no one told him about this and he said he'd call me back. He still hasn't called and I've had to chase them with no luck so far.
I won't go back for any reason except to see if and when they will repair the damage.

I also had a very bad experience with Guelph Nissan. I bought a new car from them, and they made a mistake on the paperwork, so I drove it illegally for over 24 hours ... if I'd been in an accident, I would have been uninsured. They took no responsibility for this, and were rude on top of it all. They also refused to take the car back when I discovered in the first couple of days that the pedals were extremely stiff, and it was terribly painful to drive, as I have arthritis. Nissan Canada (which, I now know, has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau) was also of no use.

It's like lunchbag let down. You buy a new car on February 9 and don't hear from anyone at the dealership for 2.5 days to make arrangements for delivery. We bought the car on February 9 fully expecting that we could pick it up on Feb 13, giving the dealership 3 full days to do their prep thing.
Then when I finally talk to the Business Manager, Paul after I call him, I learn we can't pick it up until the 20th.
We live 140 km from Guelph and cannot make it during the week, but honestly thought 3 days to prep a used car was adequate.
Not a good experience to start our first Nissan Ownership experience.
One can't help but feel they have our deposit and our car so why do they need to service it quickly.
Not a happy Nissan owner!

There fraud working here, once you pay them they don't know you and if there is any part missing from the car they will directly blame you saying it was your fault.

I recently moved to Kitchener where there isn't an Infiniti dealer there or in Cambridge or Waterloo so I made my way over to Guelph to see if I could get a vibe for their dealer because it was the closest to our new home. Soon arrival 1 lap was made around the whole lot, every row I might add. The salesman saw us yet found it necessary to attend to an older couple who were driving a car that looked as if it had been pulled from a scrap yard and they looked as though they didn't have $1 between the 2 of them. Yet they chose to pray on these ppl. I had full intentions on buying a new car from them and that idea was scraped on the spot after how I was disregarded lap after lap on their lot. It seemed they were only willing to help ppl that could be perceived as easy victims and could be pushed into something weather they wanted it or not. I've never spoken to anyone at this lackluster dealership and never plan to. My Infiniti that I own I take all the way back to London to get work done because I feel that these ppl aren't capable of firing their own shoes. I find it funny that I hit the nail on the head with my view of them without ever reading these reviews. I have a Toyota truck as well and I have to say Heffner Toyota Lexus has been great with the warranty as far as big fixes and small. As much as it hurts me to say go with Heffner and Toyota Lexus if you live around here. And that comes from a guy who's only ever owned Nissan Infiniti vehicles.

To be fair to this place, my 2006 G35 M6 Coupe turns out to be troubles-free and in great running conditions...but thats where the positive ends.

Purchased from Deepa the used car sales manager. Very high pressure guy, I was a naive buyer buying car for the first time.

They made bunch of empty promises...none fullfilled:
- told me I would get 2 sets of keys...I only got one...cost me extra $400 to get another set
- told me I will be given the previous service records...then always tell me "next time"
- told me they will polish the rims before delivery...then claimed they never made such promise
- told me my trade-in would be worth more...then it becomes not worth a dime

They will rpmise you anything to sign the deal...but once you do that, you can kiss any after-sale service goodbye...they might look @ you when they have time and extremely bored.

And on top, they priced everything higher than anyone while charging crazy admin fees...

Buy from them if you like to get scammed.

I must had been brain-dead to buy from these scammers...wish I checked their ratings and reviews b4 buying.

Same Here

I was having a similar problem at Guelph Infiniti a while ago. They told me that my car was the only one they ever heard of with this problem. (not true) The engine rattles when it starts. I called a friend who has a family member working for a Nissan dealership. He said Guelph Infiniti is a "bad place to go" He said Gord Dennis (the owner) is a "real piece of work" and that rather than try and get some work out of him, I might as well go bang my head against a tree somewhere. (That is as close a quote as I can recall)
After all attempts to get them to fix it under warranty failed, I went to the Better Business Bureau to see what could be done. I should have checked them out first. Not surprisingly there is a bad report regarding them. Read it at http://www.bbbmwo.ca/commonreport.html?bid=2984
The problem remains unresolved, and the people at Nissan/Infiniti Canada Customer Service "help line" is useless.
It appears that since Nissan/Infiniti has a good share of the market now, they have dropped the policies that helped them get it. They have a decent product, why don't they support it? The time and money they would put into good support would pay them back tenfold in future sales and dealer loyalty. Don't they know that for every person that takes the time to post a story like these, that there are a hundred people who feel the same way but don't post. I can guarantee, however, that those people talk - a lot - and take their business, as well as everyone they can influence, elsewhere.

After many trips to this dealership attempting to have my car repaired under warranty, I am truly convinced their goal is to avoid a major warranty claim at any cost. They are rated as a top dealership by Infiniti Canada, but that appears to be an award given to dealerships that save Infiniti the most money by avoiding large claims.
My car burns a lot of oil, but warranty is being denied by the dealer and Infiniti (they work against you as a team) simply by claiming the car has nothing wrong with it. In the next breath they say the required repair is a new engine. From the day I began to pursue this claim I did not feel they had my interests at heart. Every move on their part was designed to not honour the warranty, and therefore retain their "Excellent" dealer rating with Infiniti.

A local business magazine shows Owner Gord Dennis receiving the Award for Excellence from Infiniti Canada President Brad Bradshaw. Bradshaw states the award is given to the dealerships that "embody the philosophy and vision of Infiniti; that is to provide our customers with a premiere and uncompromising ownership experience through every aspect of the dealership organization" He states the most important factor is Customer Satisfaction. Well Mr. Bradshaw, you can inform Gord Dennis he has one very unhappy customer. I will never buy a car from Guelph Infiniti Nissan, and I will warn as many people as possible about this dealership and so-called "Customer Service"
UPDATE - As of today, November 16.07 I have had no satisfaction from this dealership. They simply do nothing to help. Owner Gord Dennis is aware of the problem. I have since taken the car to another dealer and it appears they are willing to work towards a solution. If they do it would only seem right to give them credit on this site.
