Scheduled appointment the next day (Saturday). The pro arrived early. Service charge was reasonable, and the quality is over my expectation.

Ray responded to my email inquiry INSTANTLY (literally within an instant, this ain't no hyperbole). We worked out a time for him to come out for the estimate the very next day. About a week later, I had a working automatic garage door where my old 1940's swinging door used to be. Go with Ray.

Quick service and clean job.

Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the fellow also tightened every hinge on the door, lubed the chain and sprocket, and did little extras not contracted for. I called RSM to replace the broken springs and door rollers which were over 40 years old, and received so much more service at a fantastic price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and plan on using them again when the need arises for my other garage as well.

Was very pleased with the work. Only thing, there were holes left in the wall where old brackets were removed. Would have been nice if these were patched. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.
