My go-to contact at Woodchester was Dan Robbins. He was very thorough and particular. He really respected all my wishes and had my best interest in mind.
The Insurance Co was not easily to deal with, but he solved all problems in the end.
Thanks again Dan, the work was professionally done and my car looks like new again.

Recently took our vehicle to Woodchester Collision for an estimate after damage was caused by a slight curb impact. Dan was very efficient and professional completing the repair on the same day. Highly recommend this collision repair service.

We had work done on our 2011Hyundai Sonata front end and was pleased with the job done. The quote by Wayne Dunn was what we had to pay. car was cleaned inside and outside. Thank you for doing a wonderful repair.

A very strong gust of wind caught my door as I was opening it. The door flew out of my hand and was forced way past where it’s supposed to go. It wouldn’t go back to the right position so I took the car to the dealership who referred me to their body shop.
I was expecting a quote somewhere over $500. depending on the parts needed.
To my surprise after a 30 min wait I was told that they fixed the door without needing parts and it was ready to go.. No Charge.
Thank you Woodchester autobody.

Today dealers don't have body shops. Should you go there for body work they will send you to a body shop. Good luck to you if you bought a vehicle at Woodchester Nissan. Guess where they're going to send you. More than likely any off the dealerships in Erinmills automall will send you there. Very impressive building have been in business for more than 30 years. "Why not". Smoke and mirrors.
I wished that I had read the comments posted before taking my car there. Here is my story. It took them four days to do the estimate. They had the car for eleven days. They replaced the drivers door and did some bodywork on the back door and paint work. The door being the same colour, they didn't paint the inside of it. It was scraped up and scratched. "Oops we missed that". Also the door panel was hanging off. Pointed out dirt in the paint. Bring it back in a week and we will fix it. " One day job". Five days later picked up the car the door panel still not installed properly. Dirt still in paint a different spot. I let my insurance handle it. " Excuses " from Woodchester. Four weeks later brought the car back. Pointed out dirt in paint. Finally they put the door panel on properly and buffed the spot in the paint. They do not buff the area they paint. They ONLY buff dirt that YOU point out. This was done in one hour. There is still dirt in different spots. I will live with it. Far fetched you have to see it to believe it. They become arigant if there is a problem and don't know how to handle it. I dealt with the estimator also the bodyshop forman. The same "BS". You may want to think it over before buying a car from Woodchester Nissan. Guess what he ownes Woodchester Collision. Should you use either of these businesses your taking a big gamble. Couldn't post this comment unless I rated it. Not worth rating. Beware.

After 8 days of my Jeep being Woodchester Collision I picked my Jeep up to find out that one of their employees stole $150 from me. When I brought this to the attention to the staff they pretty much said "too bad". And its not like I left the money on the driver's seat... so my question is why are the staff rummaging through my centre console and glove box when I had rear end damage??? So disappointed with the service and management of my complaint. I made sure to contact my insurance company, who recommends their clients go there, about this situation.

Brought my car in awhile back and finally got a chance to review. Worst customer service ever. I have two kids and I run around a lot with them so I made it clear to update me ahead of time when my car would be ready. Not only did they not do this after I said that when I dropped off and even called in... but I got the call the day of "you're car is ready." (as in right now) REALLLY?! Of course with the last minute notice I couldn't make arrangements to get there til the next day and was late for work.

Contary to previous posts - I had an excellent experience at this shop. Laura dealt with my nagging questions about the status of my car (I'm incredibly OCD and a handful at times) and never once made me feel like I was a bother. My car was repaired in the exact time frame I was initially given and everyone I dealy with treated me kindly!

I would give zero stars if I could - These people are rude first of all. Secondly, they tell you one price and then after they complete the service they charge you WAY more then what you agreed upon. Avoid at all costs. Every person I encountered who works there was completely rude and had horrible customer service.

This place over-charges you on everything. They are EXTREMELY rude and have horrible customer service. They wanted to charge me atleast $2500 to fix my car whereas other places were charging $1500 max. When you ask a question to the receptionist or the people working on your car, they talk down to you and do not know what good customer service is. Avoid this place at all costs.

2 weeks planned to repair 2 serious scratches in door panel, 1 scratch in tailgate and replace small access hatch door of black pickup truck. $1600.00 job. Extra days requested to complete job. Upon delivery, obvious flaws in door paint and very uneven appearance in door repair. Representative of body shop agreed. Arranged return and re-do. Kept it a whole additional week. Job was better than original but door panel still appears to have very uneven sanding, paint looks to be applied very heavy, visible orange-peel and more metallic on painted panels than rest of truck. Cut my losses and took truck home. Will look to 'detailer' for possibility of salvaging the job or may consider having door panel re-done by higher quality shop. Apparently my requirements exceeded the ability of this facility.

These guys took my new sports car for a serious joy ride. I usually average 9L/100 km, 18L/100km when I open her up, I got my car back after these idiots did some minor body work and it was averaging 56L/100km. For the work they did I'll be paying more than that for a new set of tires and a new clutch. Don't bring any high end sports cars here- just a bunch of punks.
