Purchased a fridge at Teppermans

Everything was great until I received a phone call the day before the fridge that I bought was supposed to be delivered. I was told that they don't deliver in the evenings on the day, even though I specified evening delivery when I paid for the delivery service. I was then told I would have to wait 9 days until the next evening delivery date, and that there was nothing they could do. Apparently it was the salesman's mistake, as he scheduled my delivery on an evening when they don't deliver. No attempt was made to accomodate me or to apologize for the mistake. I am now going more than a week without a fridge in my house, as I was expecting delivery to be on time.
