THEY RIPPED US OFF and left us all...

This is the absolute WORST Limo experience I have ever had!! Along with all 10 of us! We booked a private driver to take us from Newmarket to a bar downtown and paid $650.00 for a "stretch hummer". We booked 3 months in advance!!

Once the vehicle showed up to grab us, we found out they had booked our stretch hummer to somebody else and gave us a "party bus". As this was a birthday present for a special person we did not want to argue and we were happy to just continue with the night.

The driver told us when we were dropped off, "If you need me earlier than planned, here is my cell and I will come and grab you". Well we had a problem 40 minutes after drop-off and needed to all go back home as 2 people in our party had an emergency.

So, we called the driver's cell phone over 10 times and he refused to answer the calls!! We called his dispatch and they were SO RUDE saying "He must have found other customers in between to make more money, and we have to just wait until 2-3:00am when the driver is ready!!!" We begged and pleaded with dispatch! We told them we paid $650.00 for a limo to personally drive us all night and this is not what we asked for!! They told us too bad. It is our own fault and they will not refund ANY of the money.

We also saw 2 party buses and limos parked outside the club and asked them if they could drive us and we will pay a good price. They all said "sorry but when we are booked for a night we have to stay and wait for our customers until they are ready for us to grab them." LIKE A NORMAL HONEST DECENT COMPANY!! Which we respected. So we had to take 2 taxi cabs from Downtown Toronto to Newmarket and pay $120.00 for EACH cab-a total of $240.00 to get back home 1 hour after we were dropped off in the first place. Costing us around $900.00 for a ride to Toronto and back all in 3 hours.

I have NEVER in my life seen such horrible customer service! I am not the only one who feels this way! Every single person in our party feels cheated and ripped off like we have never been. Please I beg you

DO NOT EVER book with this company! There are so many limo companies out there who are honest hard working people who deserve the money they are being paid for a service that they will actually follow through with.
