For a start, the staff would not answer my questions on a products warranty over the phone. Then, when I got to the store the staff avoided me, and served a Chinese couple in Chinese, even though I had been there first. Their aim was to get rid of me and my aim was to buy new headphones. I got tired of waiting and left. I won't go back anytime soon. Phil Spence
I phoned the store for warranty info and the staff would not discuss it over the phone. So, I went to the store and was ignored by the staff who served someone in Chinese after I had already been waiting. The staff did eventually talk to me, but in a very flippant way. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Reverse discrimination is alive and well in Richmond B.C.
