DO NOT TRUST
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOCK WITH THIS COMPANY
I was just charged 160 dollars for tightening a piece of my lock with an allan key. THAT's IT.
When I asked the locksmith what service warranted this amount of money (literally look 20 seconds) he tried to convince me he had replaced an "allan key screw" inside the lock. I observed the whole procedure and he never once opened any component of the lock. I'm not a locksmith but I know there's no such thing as an "allan key screw".
This whole thing was a giant rip off. The locksmith was so vague in his descriptions and extremely pressured to have me pay the money and get out of my home. It clearly made him uncomfortable to try to explain what serviced was rendered.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID IT FOR YOURSELVES!!!

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience , but we always give the customer the price before we do any type of job you agreed to the price, you could also say that you not interested to this price and its ok we giving free estimate you could just called another company to do the job. and probably you would pay the same amount.
