Very good value for money! I had 3 locks to change and they only charged me one off labour plus the locks rather then per hour or per lock which worked out a really good price. very PROFESSIONAL job.

I was just charged 160 dollars for tightening a piece of my lock with an allan key. THAT's IT.
When I asked the locksmith what service warranted this amount of money (literally look 20 seconds) he tried to convince me he had replaced an "allan key screw" inside the lock. I observed the whole procedure and he never once opened any component of the lock. I'm not a locksmith but I know there's no such thing as an "allan key screw".

This whole thing was a giant rip off. The locksmith was so vague in his descriptions and extremely pressured to have me pay the money and get out of my home. It clearly made him uncomfortable to try to explain what serviced was rendered.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID IT FOR YOURSELVES!!!

We lost our keys in the snow so we got stock outside in the cold (-18). We called at 3:30pm,the tech said he would be there by 4:00pm.He arrived at 3:50pm He was very professional and had a good sense of humor, very easy to work with! Took him about 10 to 15 minutes to get the front door open, meanwhile we were whiting in his car with the heat on. we had only one copy of the key inside the house so he made us another in his car. he even has a credit machine so he accepts debit card very convenient.

Within a little less than 30min of my call, Adam the tech arrived at my place. He was very nice and able to set things right. He was an extremely pleasant young man with the right aptitude for a situation of a house lock out. He was able to open the lock in just 5 minutes. I can't thank them enough for their extended help. I strongly recommend them for any emergency locksmith service.

Had to use them on a Sunday. In a haste, I had locked my car keys in my trunk. I called them and they arrived about 15 minutes later, and within a minute, my car door was unlocked! Prices seem reasonable as well; Prompt and professional. I hope I never get locked out again, but if I do, I'm calling these guys.
