Used to go here for service and was disgusted with the attitude of the Service Department. Linda in particular left me with a bad taste for this dealership because of her ineptitude and deliberate pushing of "additional service items" that happened to be mentioned and not adequately described when vehicle was left off. Tried to push extra services for " reprogramming " of computer when tires were changed. When this service was refused the vehicle miraculously was perfect when picked up..... Really! Big mistake to try conning a mechanic. Other than her, everyone else at this dealership is most helpful especially Mike in sales. Too bad for this dealership that they employ someone in service whose attitude is a real turnoff for customers. This was the closest dealership to my work and therefore very convenient but after several bad experiences in shoddy service, I determined to go elsewhere. Listen up Red Hill Toyota...... I would have purchased another Toyota as they are excellent vehicles but the service personnel attitudes is a real turn off.

Today we took delivery of a 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6r Ltd and are thrilled with the vehicle. After trying several 2014 Model vehicles in anticipation of changing my own some time this September, I decided to try a Subaru Forester before making a decision.
I called Subaru Niagara and asked Devin Kaulback for a test drive at very short notice since I was in the area and the rest, as they say, is history!
There was a 2014 Forester waiting when I arrived and Jay Fleming went out with me for a test drive.
Never having driven a Subaru before, I was highly impressed with the Forester and tried an Outback for comparison. Finding that the Outback suited my needs better because of higher towing capabilities I left to think about it.
I returned a few times for more test drives to confirm that this was the ideal vehicle for me and eventually decided to bring my wife and see what she thought. I was hoping that she would like the Outback as much as I did and this proved to...

She, like myself has zero tolerance for pushy salespersons and finds the process of purchasing a vehicle immensely stressful.
Both Devin and Jay Fleming welcomed her and from that point Jay was the one who primarily dealt with us.
I cannot speak highly enough of his deportment throughout the whole process. My wife had difficulty walking because of a knee injury and he treated her with great compassion, making sure that she was not at all uncomfortable.
The Outback of course is a superb vehicle and a test drive confirms this. We went out for a drive by ourselves and thoroughly checked it out. When we returned our mind was made up and from that point all that remained was to negotiate a deal.
Sean, who deals with the paperwork is also a gentleman and was a welcome difference from the stereotypical "push the expensive options and sign here" type of guy.
What we have always found to be a harrowing process was conducted without stress and now we have the vehicle with the options that we wanted.
Suffice it to say that I look forward to many years with this vehicle and close proximity to the dealership that will perform the servicing.
I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and in particular a Subaru. Thank you very much. Subaru of Niagara!
This location and Rob Pacheco's name were mentioned to me when I mentioned to a friend in the Auto Business that I was thinking of rustproofing my new vehicle.
Trusting his experienced advice, I made an appointment and left the vehicle off for treatment. I have to say that I am most impressed with the treatment I received . Both William and Rob the owner first took the time to explain the process and answer my questions.
I returned to find a clean vehicle and upon checking the workmanship am very happy. It is reassuring to find that this level of service still exists. I will certainly return based on my impressions and would heartily recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks, Rob and team!
