Tepperman's Chatham - Excellent...
Have been going to Tepperman's for several years now and have always had very good customer service.
As of recently, I was into Tepperman's to shop for new furniture for my living room. Jennifer Coutts, one of the sales associates working there, was extremely helpful in showing me around the sales room to show me various types of tables that would suit my taste ,and upon details given, would match the rest of the decor in my living room. She was very knowledgeable of the products they had to offer, and was able to answer all of my questions in full detail. I would highly recommend talking to her upon your visit into Teppermans.
Also, upon purchasing the furniture, Carrie and Courtney were very helpful at the main desk to make sure all of the paper work was filled out properly and that all details were given towards my purchase. They were very helpful.
I will definitely shop at Tepperman's in Chatham again for any of my home furnishing needs.

I'm really glad to hear about your experiences with Jen, Carrie & Courtney- they're all great members of the Tepperman's team and its a good feeling to hear about how well they took care of you. It's not Jen's first time working at Tepperman's- she started working behind the counter where Carrie & Courtney work today, and has returned to us (fairly recently) in a sales capacity.
