Fagnan's replacement of Maytag's 6 year old disaster furnace with a reliable Carrier. The job was done on the scheduled date & time, with professional treatment by the installers. Everything was done in an organized manner and the area left clean of any debris. The installers answered all my technical questions (I'm a retired techie by profession) and the new furnace has performed flawlessly since immediately after installation. My major beef is with Maytag who sold ill-designed un-reliable furnaces, & then opted out from Canada with no support, no available replacement parts, & no honor of warranty. I would Never buy a Maytag product even if they were the only ones making it.
