Slightly disappointed!

My daughter got married on the hottest day of the year, September23 and even though I was mostly impressed the only glitch for me was the waiting time for my guests. Some guests arrive early and u should be ready regardless. I didn't like that they couldn't enter the hall to sit down that was embarrassing for me (mother of the bride). Also one of my
guests did not get her vegetarian dish they gave her leftovers from the antipasto table. Not good. I had the shower here also and they didn't have something I requested. If there was a change, a phone call would have been nice to tell me ahead of time. Overall my daughter was happy even though she wasn't well that evening and your staff were exceptional in taking care of her.

Mixed feelings

I ordered a few things recently. I made sure my cart was of enough value to get the free pressure sensitive pink vibrator. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Then it died the next day. I contacted pink cherry customer support about the issue, and was told they would not warranty they vibrator as it was a free gift. They would only give me 10% off the price of a replacement. It was hardly free. I had to spend $100 to get it.
And why in the hell would I spend another $100 on a toy that lasted a day!?!?

*I have had a few purchases with pink cherry that were without issue, but I feel this negative experience is worth noting.

Not Impressed

Excited and could not wait for our package to arrive from Pinkcherry. When I opened the products box most of the product was not even inside. Only part of it was left in the box. Upon further look the box had been opened before and taped shut. To me this raises a lot of questions about the products from Pinkcherry. Not impressed with our first experience dealing with Pinkcherry.

Above and Beyond

The best wedding I ever went to was my own, this past weekend! We held our ceremony and reception here and it was amazing! I gotta thank Daniela, in particular, for getting me through all the planning and corresponding with me so much, she was so helpful!!
The staff seemed hand picked just for us and their consideration towards everyone was as if we were all their friends and family! Our Guests had words like "beautiful, smooth ceremony/reception, friendly servers and delicious food". None of it, we can take credit for. My husband and I will never forget how special we felt because of them and that they made our wedding, the best day of our lives!

Great experience

I had a great experience finding all my needs and being helped out by everyone. The collection is wonderful and unique, the staff are very helpful and the prices are great! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone !

WTF

Tried to place a $225.00 order ...
Site would not allow me to order without sigNing in 3 times.
Then tried to register even though I'm already registered ...
Wouldn't accept my correct password again multiple times....
Did a password reset .. took 3 tries to get an email...
Rest password and again ...
Would not accept the reset password
Sent an email to complain ...
Site said nothing wrong with the site, in spite of the specific examples I sent.
Site then said they wouldn't communicate any more because I used the word fucken ..
Thereby ignoring my complaint and shoVing their religious bias down my throat.
CUSTOMER SERVICE??????
I think not !!!!

I highly doubt a sex shop has religious bias, but to each their own. I think the more probably option was that most businesses don’t allow profanity especially when it’s in relation to a customer service representative. I’m sorry you had a bad experience I have been ordering from here for years and have yet to run into the same issue but I can appreciate how annoying it is to have to continuously jump through hoops.

ya the problem was an " i " that should have been an " l " the Prez and I worked it all out and they gave me refund on my shipping fee so its all good and ill see if i can change my 0ne star to a 5 eh!

disapointed

I ordered the wrong items by mistake, contacted customer service the same day and they could not change my order. With no returns - It went to waste.
Excellent fast delivery though..
