Birthday mishap

Worst limousine service ever. The driver was driving a limousine for the first ever time. I doubt if he ever drove a car. He took 2 hours to get to the resturaunt we wanted to go to near the falls. The last 30 minutes we had to give him step by step directions to get a restaurant in sunset . For the first hour he went totally in the wrong direction. I think he was new to the city. We were trying to celebrate a friends bday party. But for the last hour, we ended up giving a limousine driver directions of how to get to a restaurant. When we first entered the limo, we had given him exact address. To top it all, the amateur driver had an even worse boss. He refused to agree that his driver had given the worst service ever, in fact no service at all. he blamed the gps, but a limo driver is supposed to know what he is doing, gps or no gps.. That was the most dumb excuse ever. He kept saying lets work it out, and I l give you an hour free. An hour? You ruined my party. You think an hour free is going to compensate for that ? I gave him the some really awesome sound bytes and insulted the driver .. But I guess such people who conduct such unprofessional businesses don't have any self respect....

Pissed Off

Was 15 minutes over our time and they charged us $175 for overtime service. Sent emails asking for clarification on there policies for overtime service and to ask why the driver would let the company charge my credit card instead of paying cash for it. I never heard back.. Very poor customer service and I think the driver pocketed the cash. I only had $20's so I gave her $180 and she didn't give me the $5 change back. Ended up paying over $1000 for 4 hours (and 15 minutes of sevice). Never would I use them again and don't recommend them to anyone else!!! This was the Hamilton site. I'm sure there all the same

Excellent company to order from

Speedy shipping and items come as described on the site. In the past I have had one incorrect item and one item that did not work well. Both times PinkCherry was quick to remedy the situation with no cost to me - once with a credit and the other time by resending the missing item and not even requiring the return of the incorrect item (i.e. I didnt have to go out of my way to the post office and return it - granted is was only an $8 item).

Also very happy with the low minimum order to qualify for free shipping - granted I usually end up going way over the minimum amount.

Unforgivable Wedding

This company was the worst not only with the product they delivered but in customer service. The only good quality was our driver. Our limo for my son and daughter in laws wedding was unforgivable it was damaged outside and in no air conditioning on an extremely hot day i was so embarrassed and when i sent them a e-mail stating how unhappy i was and wanted partial not full reimbursement they responded with a very unprofessional response. Please reconsider when hiring them its not worth the headache

Bad Experience

My wife had a horrible experience with this company. She contracted them for round trip limo service to Pearson airport. She paid full in advance including tip. Her return flight arrived at midnight on a Friday evening and the limo never arrived to pick her up. Calls to the dispatch were never answered. He had to pay $100 for a cab ride home.

When she called the company the next day, she was rudely told that the mistake was hers and she must have gone to the wrong area. She was never called by the driver asking where she was or where she should meet them.

She was then told that she would get a call back from the supervisor to discuss crediting her account. She was never called and repeated messages were not returned. She just rec'd her credit card statement and the charge was there. We are disputing the charge but want others to avoid this frustration. Mermaid Limo is a second class company with third rate service who have no regard for their customers!!!

Lots of Problems

PROBLEM 1: When the driver arrives, he calls the contact that was at the house several times, informs him that he isn't going to be able to get down the street. There were several older folks that have trouble walking, so we had to shuttle people from my parents house to the limo... hence my checking to make sure they would be able to....

PROBLEM 2: The driver interupted our dinner not once but twice, to take a copy of the credit card.

PROBLEM 3: The driver missed the proper exit on the high way therefore making all guests a good 30 minutes late for dinner.
