I walked into this Kinko's slightly before 4 PM on May 5 and ordered a color print on a plain paper. The agreed to give it to be at ~9 pm and priced me $105 (It is just a color printing on a plain paper!). As soon as I walked outside, I accidently found another printing shop two blocks to the right of this Kinko's, which only priced me half for the same job and can deliver the job to me by 6 pm. I returned to the Kinko's and wanted to cancel the job, but the person in Kinko's told me that I can't do that, because somebody has started the printing. I can't belive it, because I was told to pick up the job at 9 pm but it is just about 4 pm. I told him that I haven't paid and just want to deliver a courtesy notice. He then told me that he can reduce the price to half and gave me the job at 5 pm. Apparently he had charged twice the regular amount! I was kind enough to agree to come back at 5 pm and take the job. But when I retured at 5 pm, he told me he can't deliver the job and it is up to me to cancel the job. So, don't come to this dishonest and annoying shop. From the very beginning,the person dealt with me was so unfriendly and unpleasant.
