He replied all emails within a few hours and thoroughly answered all kinds of questions. They even know the Chinese traditions how number 4 is bad luck, number 8 is good luck, cannot reverse the car with the bride inside, etc. I was very impressed with their professionalism. On the day of my wedding, the limo was on time and from then on was always parked right outside where ever the wedding party was. Driver was super courteous and always had a smile on his face. The door was always opened for us and he immediately started up the ac whenever he saw us step out of the building. I cannot think of one thing I was not happy with.
