I bought their coupon and has been rescheduled three times. When I came to their Orfus location, their salon doesn't look legit. It is on the 2nd floor of a car wash building, with only a small sign on the side door. Then when I came to get their services, the technician who did my eyelashes blew my eyes to dry the glue using her mouth. Everything in there is so dirty. I will never ever go back to them again.

I have been to this place about 8 times over the last year. I can't believe you are talking about the same place. The outside of the building looked unfinished a year ago as it was newly built. The hallway was a bit lonely. Only eyelash Canada and Spy Depot are on the second floor. However there are security cameras everywhere you look. This is a very good thing.
I almost stopped going there due to the many stairs I had to climb. But now the building is finished and the Elevator is in so I will be taking that on my next visit. I must say once you get inside the salon itself it is always spotless. VERY clean everything just very clean from the floor to the ceiling. And I'm picky do I look every time. The tables, tweezers, they alwAys put new paper on the bed and I like that they wash their hands. They are very strict about us taking off our shoes too so wear clean socks. They do the best job of all the 3 different places I hadn't lash done in Toronto Not expensive at all price for $60 and up for single lash unless u insist on getting Yvette to do your lash her prices are a little higher.
I always get who I want I just book about 2 weeks in advance. And a little secret you can always book a month ahead because you can cancel or change 48 hr. advance anyway. They have discount sales regularly but I never see it advertise I usually get a call or email.
