Awful experience - Do not book this...
They ruined my wedding reception - Staff sucks - They have no communication with each other - They were very rude to the guests. one guest was told that kids with them can not come to the buffet table another guest asked for an extra spoon and was told that we will run out of spoons if we start giving them like that we clearly mentioned that we want sparklers for out entrance 2 months in advance. On the day of the event before our entrance, Floor manger Madhu said that they do not allow sparklers. She kept going back and for on this statement and then said that we can have 2 sparklers. I had to yell at her to call her manager and then we made our entrance 1 hour and 15 mins late. they told one guest that there should only be 8 kids here, where i paid for 13 kids. Later on they said "oh Madhu did not see the updated document" AND these are just the few things that happened on the day of the even. I have a whole list. I would not recommend this hall to anyone. I will be wring...

I will be wring a detail review later and will get few guests to comment it as well. Every thing goes your way till you pay a non refundable deposit. The moment thats done, every thing changes. Management do not stick to their words later. I had 2 events for the wedding. My event at woodbine Banquet went really well. They gave us the hall since the morning for the decoration n photo shoot stuff. Where Fuzion only gave us 1 hr and 30 mins for the entire decoration and DJ setup. I had to arrange for 2 separate people to help the decorator to finish the work in time. And then then my family people were kicked out because they had to close the hall for half hour. When i asked about it, the answer was "we had to change the shift and we can not pay some one to be there for half an hour and supervise the hall" Before i gave the deposit, Minesh, Director of Sales and Operations said "once you book your event with us, your family becomes my family and we will treat them best way possible because i would not want my family to have a unpleasing experience" I DID NOT SEE MINESH AFTER THAT, when ever i asked for him. i was told that he is out of town or busy with something else. He told me that i dont have to book fuzion"s DJ and i can use their projector. Later i was asked to pay $170 extra to bring my own DJ and $150 to use the projector. They screwed me up big time. In short - over priced hall - extra charges for every single small thing - crappy food (rice were stuck together in blocks) food looked like it was prepared a day before the event. - Bad management - poor communication - rude floor staff - they will never admit their mistake - their policies change over night - or they make new policies on the spot - I dont wanna start on the price calculation - it changed every time they calculate OVER ALL REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE - DO NOT BOOK IT OR IF YOU DO RECORD EVERY SINGLE CONVERSATION If its a birthday or an anniversary, ow would still be okay because it comes every year, wedding event is once a life time... no one should go through this.

This hall was a nightmare.
I am sorry you feel that we did not deliver on what we was contracted. I know we have spoken\emailed on numerous occasions too. Even after 11 years and over 1000 events there is room for improvement. Your comments and your family's comments are appreciated and can only help us get better.
