Avoid Charged for a neck brace which was not received. this was due to my mistake of leaving my credit card with a dishonest receptionist.My son took my dog this time . I got there before the clinic could do their useless test routine to run up the bill to cover overhead.Fortunately there are vet open on Sunday and the clinic on Sheppard is more forthright.
