My scheduled service technician ie. Reno arrived within the timeframe given in the morning. Upon entry, he put on shoe covers so no dirt was tracked into the home. Very considerate. He was very fast and efficient in cleaning our boiler. He also explained to me the functions of the piping within the unit. The work area was cleaned up after the maintenance and safety check annual cleaning. Thanks
