Hair cut again just covering my ears - way too short - though I said I want my hair longer. Again it looked like a brown helmet the only prettiness about it the taffy coloured highlights in the medium brown. I complain. I go in again. She makes it look soft and feminine.

This time: She will not trim my hair, saying this is for it to grow; she assures me it will look fine until I see her again in six weeks.
When I arrive home, I see she's given me red highlights instead of taffy coloured highlights. Doesn't ask me. Doesn't tell me. If this was a mistake, then admit it and fix it!
She insists on trimming my bangs and then cuts them too short.
To top all this off, she tells me my hair is coarse because I'm not looking after myself. (Of course, it would be my fault, not the every six weeks dyeing and highlighting.) Let's insult the customer and blame the customer.

Please avoid having TASHA do your hair.

Hard to believe because of the rave reviews this salon gets and its longevity but this salon butchered me in September: Bangs wrong (upward instead of downward semi-circle). Layering wrong (volume on top instead of on the sides). Style asked for wrong (shorter back didn't blend into longer sides). I was not consulted/informed about hair colour and colour of highlights. Plus I ended up with white ends on the frizzy highlights (over processed hair) I was given. For the past close to three months I've been waiting to grow my hair back to the length I need to get the original style I asked for while attempting to tame my frizzy highlights with the white ends with pomade and clipping off the white dried up ends. It's actually looking better now its a bit longer and most of the dried up ends have been cut off. Soooo disappointed and this salon is a high end priced salon - not cheap - though what I got in no way deserved the amount of money I paid.
