No follow up???????
Deplorable customer service. Was emailed a month ago to please follow up on a service call dating back to July 2016. Left a voicemail. No response. Left another voicemail. No response. Sent an email. No response.
So the bottom line is, they don't like it when you post a bad review for a service that was "guaranteed to find the leak", but never did. They pretend to be interested in fixing the problem, but no one wants to follow up with a phone call or email.
Don't waste your money on CLD. Find a reputable leak detection company that stands by its work.
Signed "Zero Stars" (but I had to pick one star or it wouldn't post). Their review process is just as Mickey Mouse as their "guarantee."
