Beware of Kodiak!!!!

BEWARE!!!! Kodiak is a locally owned company in Ottawa, Ontario. We had a horrible experience using this company and know of others who have also had poor experiences. It took them months to never fully complete the installation of our home alarm system. Their technicians never came prepared with the proper equipment and even had to ask us (the customer!!!!) for tools! What a joke! When we complained about the service the owner of the company was very rude! They take no responsibility for their horrible service!!!! It is shocking that they still have any customers! Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this company! We have now hired a REPUTABLE company! What a disaster! I would have given zero stars!
