FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was in with a large group of friends and family and Ashley, who is the dining room manager welcomed us with a warm smile. Despite being very very busy Ashley made sure our experience was comfortable and memorable. We had a problem with our food and Ashley made sure it was compensated for by replacing our dish with what we originally ordered..without any hesitation. This Swiss Chalet is definitely one we will return to. I'm looking forward to bringing my friends and family here once again. Her service is a rarity!
