This is the first review I have written to any business and I will be direct and to the point! Stop ripping off your customer it is extremely insulting and disrespectful to assume the customer will believe everything you tell them pertaining their vehicle and issues. It took three visits for them to agree that I was right about the issue I addressed! We bought 2 cars from your dealershp and we decided enough with Don Valley and went to buy another vehicle2 weeks ago from Stouville because of the customer service ! I actually dont want to write in detail the experiences because its embarrassing ....Im sorry but I am disappointed
