I lived in this apartment 1330 Ahbau street for 2 years. The manager does not come to fix anything if there is a problem and the biggest issue was that there were bedbugs. After finding out the place was bedbug infested, I called the manager but it took him three days to come and take a look. The apartment building allows pets so maybe that is why it was bed bug infested. When I tried to move out because of the bedbugs, the manager charge me over $100.00 dollars for dusty ceiling. He used his fingers to swipe the ceiling and the lightbulbs on the ceiling and complained about how they were dirty and that he wasn't able to give back the deposit. Avoid Adriano, the manager, at all costs and avoid this apartment building like a plague.
