I would not recommend this mover. They were 2 hours late and lied about why they were late. They gave me the excuse that the truck broke down, but when I spoke to the driver, he said they would never start at 8:30 which was the time they quoted me as their original arrival time and that here was never an issue with the truck. Then when they arrived they went to the wrong address. They said they would compensate me for being so late, but in the end they overcharged me for an hour of work they did not complete. They said they had to start charging me from the time they stopped at the wrong address, which was their error, and then they charged me for the travel time from the wrong address to the correct address. The only thing positive that I could say about this company is that the 2 of the movers worked very hard once they finally arrived. This was a very frustrating move experience and I will never use this moving company again.
