Attempted to use this company twice in one week. They didn't have a box to fit my parcel on either occasion. Doesn't give you much confidence when they can't get their own boxes delivered. Enquiries were met with blank stares and no suggestions. And that was the supervisor. Avoid at all costs. Went down the road to UPS, paid $30 more and it was worth every penny. The young lady was so helpful, gave me packing materials for free and helped me pack it. Top notch.
