DISGUSTING!
I can't even give this company a star, it is awful! I pulled the fire alarm by accident then was charged $300!! after the manager would say I didn't pay and take money from me and use it for her self! MetCRAP is the worst company to ever rent from it is filled with cockroaches and bedbugs I live in 1276 Islington Ave it is truly the worst building ever I have white black, and gray roaches in my house the toilet is filled with roaches I do not reccomend this company to anyone! METCAP MUST HAVE SHARES WITH MAGICAL PEST CONTROL BECAUSE THEY WON'T CHANGE PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND THEY ARE HERE IN THIS BUILDING ON A DAILY BASIS. AS PER THE HEALTH DEPT THEY ARE EVEN DOING IT PROPERLY. FOR ROACHES THEY DON'T USE THE RIGHT STUFF BROWN GEL CRAP THAT DOESN'T WORK. AS FOR THE BEDBUGS THEY ARE TO VACUUM BEFORE AND AFTER DOING THE POWDER AND THEY TELL YOU ITS YOUR JOB BUT ITS THERE'S THEY DON'T CARE. I HAD TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPT ON THEM TWICE AND ORDERS WERE ISSUED TO METCAP. PROPERTY MANGER AND VP OF MAGICAL ARE VERY WELL KNOWN AT THE HEALTH DEPT ALL I DID WAS GIVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS THE HEALTH DEPT TOLD ME EVERYTHING ELSE BEFORE I EVEN GOT A CHANCE TOO. VERY WELL KNOWN IN THE HEALTH DEPT MET CAP IS
I live@750 Kipps Lane in London Ont and the people that run this place are scum,they treat peole like they are crap and refuse to fix things,then they try to eveict people like myself who complained that things needed to be done today not NEXT MONTH/YEAR,they served me with a eveiction notice,LOL,I love it cause now I wont pay rent force them to return my last months deposit and appeal a couple times and move out in oh say September,while not paying any rent,see how the slum lords like that.
