Loved my experience at Massage Athletica. Session began with massage therapist filming me on treadmill. Total cool. The treatment unlike traditional massage. I wore shorts during session to allow for plenty of movement, I didnt have to be naked under the sheets like most clinics. And then te provided me with a whole bunch of exercises to take home.
