Mardy was such a pleasure to deal with! We booked a limo to take my family to the airport for our first ever family trip to Disney! We unfortunately had to cancel due to hurricane Irma and had to cancel our limo service with First Glance Limo the day before we were scheduled to leave. I was afraid I was going to lose my deposit but because of the circumstances Mardy was willing to refund 100%. He was very kind and so nice to talk to on the phone.
