Excellent Service from Brandon Keen...

I just bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V at 1681 Eglinton Ave East, Toronto ON. I went in to "shop around" at first and then would later go to other dealers to finally decide where to buy the vehicle that would best fit my needs. The excellent people and sales skills of Brandon Keen didn't necessitate for me to go "shop around" anywhere else. The offer they made could not be passed. Brandon was very patient, understanding, professional and customer-oriented.

Alyssa Lowe was the delivery specialist and was excellent in communicating with me via e-mail and phone what needed to be done before the vehicle could be released. She was patient, professional, courteous and very understanding of customer needs.

Overall, excellent service from everyone at the store. I am very satisfied.
