We went to buy Set4Lifes, and this cashier happened to be out of that particular ticket. Instead of calling a supervisor and stocking up, or even borrowing from the cashier beside her (Matt) who offered to give her the tickets we were asking for and she add them to her sheet, she told him to "shhh" and that we would have to get in his line to get the tickets. We even told her other cashiers have done this for us before, and not to mention the line was already very long to wait all over again. Coming from someone who also works for Shoppers, I wouldn't have treated a customer like this and found her very rude.
