My rental agreement was 997939 made at Minoru Boulevard, Richmond BC, Canada. The total sum was CAD $2197 which was written in the agreement. However, I was charged $889.95 when I returned the car. In addition, $1417.11 was charged to my credit card making a total of $2307.06. I was not aware of the card charge until I received the bank statement.
I don't have the agreement with me, which was taken back by Enterprise staff when I returned the card.
