Was yelled at by an associate who clearly confused me with another customer. He scolded me for telling me something that I already should have known (regarding stock status) because he'd already spoken to me and my husband. I was in the store alone, let alone do I have a husband. Talked to the manager about it as a follow up, but he basically responded, "yes, that would be terrible." Would be? Requested follow up after Gary (the associate) was spoken to and that never happened. Wasted my time with BBB because they said that since I only really wanted an apology, they didn't need to pursue it as a formal complaint. So what you need to know is that Gary, department manager, is rude, condescending, ignorant, and arrogant. And apparently management is just fine with that.
