What a terrible company. Never ship through them... I ordered something and it took longer then expected by the company to receive it for shipment, so they upgraded my shipping to Purolator. I thought awesome! it will be here so soon. Wrong.
Yes it shipped the next day, but i was away at work, so they called me with an automated message from which i had to write down a number, there was no note left, not even an email. The tracking number at this point in time stopped working. I looked up where they said i could pick it up... 4 hrs from my home.
So i called them to get it redirected... I followed everything they said to do, and eventually i ended up talking to a man at a garage who wondered what auto part i was looking for (and he was in texas, I am in Canada). So i had to call the company i ordered from and have them reshipped with Canada Post.
Go with UPS or Canada Post. This is the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I cannot even say if they were nice and pleasant on the phone; i guess the robotic woman speaking to me had a lovely ring to her voice.
