if you are booking with Unique I would just like to warn you that I gave them a deposit in march 2011 to hold a carriage for my wedding in Sept/2011 to find out 3 days before the wedding when we called to give them directions that they had given it to somebody else. I was out of luck and could come pick up my deposit. They were very rude and matter of fact like. It did not matter to them. I am pretty sure they just found somebody willing to give them a little extra to cancel my date. There was no way we could find alternate transportation 3 days before the wedding believe me, we tried. I was under the impression that my deposit would hold the carriage for me. They just added a lot more stress to the planning.
