I am now using vista print. I have ordered quite a bit from them over the years. Up until now everything has been good to great. I got some bad business cards the other day. Colour was off and to dark. These are black business cards. So when they sent me my black business cards with a dark purple print instead of the bright blue in the pdf I sent them. I emailed I had a problem. They sent me a badly worded email saying I had to prove it was their fault by sending in hard copies. I did and they did review it quite quickly enough. They told me that its not wrong enough for them to reprint or credit my account. I have never had a problem in the passed so maybe this it their practice. I will be using vista print for now on. They are not the only company out there.
